These Advertising Terms and Conditions of Service (“Agreement”) constitute a binding legal agreement and are entered into by, as applicable, the customer signing these Terms or any document that references these Terms or that accepts these Terms electronically (“Customer”) and PlayMyAd (“PlayMyAd”). By registering for or using PlayMyAd.com’s advertising service (“Service“), Customer accepts this Agreement and any modications that may be made to the Agreement from time to time, whether Customer is acting on its own behalf or on behalf of a third party, including an advertiser. Customer further agrees that any of its agents, representatives, employees, or any person or entity acting on Customer’s behalf with respect to the use of the Service will be bound by, and will abide by, the terms and conditions in this Agreement. If Customer does not agree to any provision of this Agreement, Customer should not use the PlayMyAd.com website.

By checking the “I Agree to the Advertising Terms and Conditions of Service” box, Customer agrees to be bound by this Agreement.
If Customer is a registered user, the Service will allow Customer, in accordance with this Agreement, to submit an advertisement (“ad”) and to purchase the display of Customer’s ad within PlayMyAd’s network digital signage venues. The available screen locations and related ad fees are provided via the Service at the time that Customer submits an order (“Ad Order”) to PlayMyAd for an ad campaign. Any and all work product and other deliverables developed PlayMyAd Inc. shall be the sole and absolute property of Customer and PlayMyAd Inc. hereby transfers all of its rights, title , and interest thereto to Customer.
Customer must be 18 years of age or older to use PlayMyAd’s Service. By registering for or using PlayMyAd’s Service, Customer represents and warrants that the prole information submitted is true and accurate and that Customer is 18 years of age or older and fully able and competent to enter into, and abide by the Terms and Conditions of Service of this Agreement.
Customer must be registered for and maintain a PlayMyAd.com account to use the Service. In order to submit an Ad Order, Customer must also enter a valid credit card number that is in Customer’s name, or that Customer is otherwise authorized to use. When registering for an account or submitting an Ad Order, Customer must provide accurate and complete information and promptly update this information to keep it current. If Customer provides any information that is inaccurate or incomplete, or PlayMyAd believes that the information is inaccurate or incomplete, PlayMyAd may suspend or terminate Customer’s account and use of Service.

Customer is solely responsible for all activities that occur through Customer’s account. To protect Customer’s account from unauthorized use, the account username or password should not be provided to anyone else. Customer should notify PlayMyAd immediately of any unauthorized use of Customer account or any other breach of security.
